High Performance Manager on Slovak result

Following series wins against Greece and Slovakia on the way to the Olympic qualifying event in Japan, Australian High Performance Manager Adam Sachs said National Head Coach Russell Borgeaud was impressed with the team’s depth and the emergence of the younger brigade.
“The young ‘up-and-comers’ are playing so well that several of our key senior players are getting some bench time,” said Sachs. “We will be one of the youngest teams in Japan and certainly one of the only teams that plays nearly all 12 players at some stage during most games.” more @ Hanson Sport Media
